Seohyun Showed A Surprising New Side Of Herself

SNSD member Seohyun showed a surprising new side of herself.

The first episode of JTBC‘s ‘SNSD and Troubled Teens‘ aired on December 18th, where SNSD had a chance to meet with and talk to the boys for the very first time.

As the girls watched a video clip of the rebellious boys in need of a loving touch, they could not hold back their shock.

Member Seohyun who is known to be an upright young woman was especially frustrated, and she adorably lost her temper for the first time ever since SNSD’s debut. Seohyun’s face was stiff for the entire time she watched the boys’ video clip, and once it was over she remarked, “It’s unfortunate that these boys are living without a dream or any real plans.”

And during a time of counseling where she and fellow member Taeyeon spoke privately to one of the boys, Seohyun was in disbelief over his careless attitude and surprised everyone by exclaiming, “Hey, you can’t live like that!”

‘SNSD and Troubled Teens’ is a program where the girls have an opportunity to mentor young teenage boys and watch them change and develop over time. The program airs every Sunday at 7:30PM KST on JTBC.

A SNSD Member Takes The Longest Time To Learn A New Choreography?

Mnet aired the second episode of “The Beatle’s Code” featuring SNSD last night. During the episode, the girls shared more stories of their lives as SNSD.

When asked which member took the longest to learn a new choreography, Hyoyeon avoided giving a direct answer by saying, “We’re all pretty good because we practice so hard.” However, the emcees refused to let the girls get off so easily; and after drilling them some more, the girls unanimously pointed to Tiffany. Apologetically, they added, “She really tries hard.”

MC Yoo Se Yoon then handed Tiffany the “SNSD’s Dance Book,” a Japanese book that teaches reader how to dance SNSD’s various choreographies, causing the studio to burst into laughter.

The show went on to ask the girls about their interest in guys. When asked which member had the highest standard when it came to guys, the girls chose Sooyoung. She responded, “I don’t really have high standards. There is that ideal type I dream about; but in reality, I would like someone who’s easygoing and like a friend. I find men who work hard appealing.” In a different show that also aired last night, Sooyoung stated that she would like to date someone who didn’t work in the same industry.

Seohyun revealed that she doesn’t focus on a guy’s appearance. Instead she looks to see if he “has a clear philosophy of life, can resist temptations, has good manners, and has a positive attitude.” MC Go Young Wook humorously advised, “You should date a minister,” to which everyone exploded with laughter.

Yuri’s ideal type is someone “who has a pretty smile and is warm and thoughtful.” For Sunny, it’s someone with big, bright features.”

This talented group of ”Flower Boy” musicians, consisting of Choi Jong Hun (guitar and keyboard), Lee Hongki (lead vocals), Lee Jae Jin (bass and vocals), Song Seung Hyun (guitar and vocals) and Choi Min Hwan (drums), have proven time and again that they’re not all fluff. Singaporeans have been won over by their startling musical expertise and the wait is over – FT Island will bring their awesome sets to us! Since the band’s inception, FNC‘s boys have set themselves apart by playing their own music, and by that we mean full-responsibility in the form of writing, producing and playing their own instruments. They set a new benchmark for K-pop idols in terms of professionalism and have since paved the way for label-mates, CN Blue.

With their upcoming PLAY concert, FT Island’s energetic and passionate members are said to’ve been heavily involved in its conceptualisation – participating in song selection, stage directing and live performance direction for the entire gig! Expect to see an impressive setup from the boys, who want nothing less than perfection for their fans.

Known for their powerful live performances, these five heartthrobs are sure to enthrall their fans with high-energy, chart-topping tracks such as recent hit Hello Hello, as well as with several self-penned Japanese releases! Their 2009 showcase attracted a sell-out crowd of a few thousand, and their joint concert earlier this year during the Korean Music Wave event, drew a full-house capacity of 8,000 people at the Indoor Stadium.

Be prepared to rock the night away with FT Island’s five talents, as they bring their first solo feat to Singapore at the Max Pavilion on January 15, 2012. Are you ready to PLAY, Primadonnas?
